I hired Jeremy Gordon to assist me with a "Nunc Pro Tunc". The time that I was being held in Federal custody awaiting my sentencing, part of my "hold" time was not accounted toward my sentencing. Jeremy Gordon is my sisters attorney, she is presently incarcerated in federal prison, we retained him in helping us obtain a Rule 35 that she is being denied currently.
