I hired Jeremy Gordon to assist me with a "Nunc Pro Tunc". The time that I was being held in Federal custody awaiting my sentencing, part of my "hold" time was not accounted toward my sentencing. Jeremy worked diligently to find a remedy to get the time back that was taken. Upon transferring fro...m two (2) other institution, who did not make an comments about my prior "hold" time. My final institution reviewed my time and suggested that my "hold" time was incorrect, which ultimately changed my release date significantly for the worst!
