DWI Case review

Mrs. Tucker represented me in Denton County with my DWI case. Denton is one of the hardest Counties in the metroplex on this type of offense and I was very happy with her service. She shoots straight with you and gives an honest assessment of what she expects based on her experience even if it is n...ot what you want to hear. And, it went exactly as she expected. I am happy to give my recommendation.

Better than expected results

Very easy to work straight shooter. Mrs Tucker told me my options for my case. I was guilty and was ready to pay my dues. Not only did my fines get dismissed ,no probation , and my license was not suspended after pleading guilty. Should of had a 2000 fine 1year suspended license jail time and proba...tion Mrs tucker never asked for extra fees and got me a better sentence than what the da offered. I would of been happy paying double for what I was charged.and my favorite thing about dealing with Mrs tucker is ,she answers emails quickly and let’s hou know what’s going and answers every question . Highly recommended

A First Class Lawyer

Ms. Griffin Tucker was amazing throughout this whole process. She answered any an all questions I had and was quick to respond back when called. A peace of mind

We all make mistakes. One mistake I'm glad I didn't make was choosing the wrong lawyer. Out of 5 lawyers, Kimberly was the only one who gave me the truth instead of a sales pitch about having my case thrown out and so on. She gave me realistic outcomes. We ended up getting a great deal with the prose...cutor and ALR hearing. Her background includes being a judge as well having written a THE book for lawyers on DWI. She is a kind person and very patient with questions. Overall, I'm extremely glad with my decision and would not change it.
