DUI

I got a dui, i had a lot of anxiety about whether i was going to jail, couldn't sleep for 2 weeks, was on the internet and came across Miss Tuckers web site, After doing my research on her and her law firm, found that she had co-authored a book on dui's, i set up an appointment. After our first meeti...ng, i felt a good amount of relief. i was overwhelmed with what she was able to negotiate with the prosecuting attorney and judge, I would recommend Miss Tucker and her law firm to anyone in need of a great lawyer, and i have to mention, her assistant dylan, was always available if Miss Tucker wasn't available, Great Job

KGT Law is the route to go!!

When you find yourself in trouble, it can be a stressful situation. I was hit with a PI charge while on probation with a DWI first offense. Let me say that I wish I hired Kimberly for my first case. My first lawyer drained me of money, issued scare tactics to make me pay more money, and just made the... situation worse than what it was. I was lucky to be on probation until I messed up again by consuming alcohol. I learned about Kimberly through a probation officer and the hardest thing to do is trust someone with your freedom. Kimberly was honest with me. In one particular conversation, I was in tears when she told me the truth. Alcohol was an issue that was overpowering me. Nobody has ever been that honest with me. We worked together in order to get my warrant withdrawn and my probation reinstated. The odds where against us but Kimberly was determined to see me through this hard time and she did just that. Percipient, Persistent, Professional

One needn't consult a thesaurus to determine Kimberly Tucker's proficiency in handling your case: just hire her. After being arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated in Dallas County, I consulted with Kimberly and promptly retained her services. Not only was she intimately familiar with the... suburban police department where I was initially detained, she was equally familiar with and wholly sympathetic to my ensuing two-year travail through the (insert your favorite insult) Dallas County Court system. During that time, 2018 - 2021, Kimberly took extraordinarily detailed notes on my initial consultation statements; cross-referenced those statements against the arresting officer's body camera footage - finding a number of discrepancies which would have benefitted me had the case gone to trial**; followed my blood sample "discovery" as it came back negative for over-the-legal-limit and went back to the lab for illicit substance testing; and made bi-weekly inquiries on my case, which seemingly disappeared, reappeared, and then disappeared again. Approaching two-years with still no formal filing of my case by Dallas County, I grew anxious. Kimberly advised me to "do nothing". However, once the two-year statute of limitations passed, we moved to expunge the case promptly - and expunge it we did! ** I would not have hesitated to hire Kimberly to represent me in trial.

Thankful for Kimberly Griffin Tucker

I am a woman who has had a successful career, raised a beautiful family, never been in trouble, but experienced a lot of loss, trauma and subsequent depression later in life. Excellent Attorney!

Kimberly handled some expunctions for me and was able to get everything I needed done. She did everything that she said she would and kept me updated the entire time. I would definitely use her again. She is an amazing attorney!
