I highly recommend Mr. Swaim as the best immigration lawyer, particularly for those dealing with F-1 status issues. Before consulting with him, I had spent money on other lawyers who were unhelpful and left me without support. After losing my F-1 status due to my college's DSO not recommending me for... David Swaim, is a Good, confident attorney. My case was considered as a high profile case which was a “big talk” at many countries on television, newspapers and internet. Our honorable Prime Minister of India Mr Modi was questioned because India is not a member of the Haque convention on the civil aspects because a child is not considered abdu...cted by a parent during that time. I was charged with the abduction of my toddler son in 2014 at Collin County court. I was incarcerated and I served time for almost 8 months on interference of child custody. My ex-husband tried all possible ways to get me deported back to India. I was under removal proceedings and my green card, including my Indian passport were taken by the immigration authorities. I have been working with David since June 2018 and I believe no one else could have helped me more than David did. My NIW petition was approved for more than two years until the day that USCIS sent me a NOIR (Notice of Intent to Revoke). I talked to many lawyers, most of them declined to even work wi...th me.
