Mr Swaim and his team are excellent. A friend had referred him to me when I asked around for a lawyer for removing the conditions on my conditional green card. My case was tricky because I had to file a waiver because of a divorce with my US citizen wife. Mr Swaim and his team helped prepare such a s...olid application that there were no RFEs and I wasn't even summoned for an interview - which typically happens for a case like mine. It is clear that our lawyer is a professional with a lot of experience. All my email requests were responded in the range of minutes and we were taken good care of, we would certainly recruit the same lawyer again as we are confident that he would do his maximum to support us. If I could provide a... constructive recommendation for improvement, it would be more details on travel restrictions during and before the application process. Our case was perhaps more complicated with switched visa status, however, a mailed FAQ brochure with advice on traveling would prepare us (e.g., be at least X days in the US before we can file for Y). In our case, we planned a trip we should not. However, the bottom line is we recommend the lawyer.
