In October 2018, my husband was detained by ICE outside of Dallas. He had past convictions of DUIs and a drug possession (misdemeanors). There was no chance he would have been able to get bond. After months of waiting for his court date before an immigration judge to determine if he would be deported to Mexico or allowed to stay, it finally arrived in early April. Mr. Presti and his team were able to provide the judge with a solid case on why my husband should be allowed to stay in the country. I was beyond ecstatic when the judge ruled that he will be allowed to stay in the United States and the deportation order was canceled. The closing arguments that Mr. Presti gave were spot on and showcased the amount of work he put in with this case. It was not an easy case, but he won! I can't thank this law firm enough! Immigration issues are a scary world to navigate, but Mr. Presti and his team provided my husband and myself with a smooth process.
