I had consulted with and then hired Michael Presti to represent me during my N-336 Request for hearing. When I approached Mr. Presti, my N-400 citizenship application had just been denied because of a past dismissed arrest record. Mr. Presti reviewed my case and decided that it had a strong chanc...e to succeed upon a N-336 appeal. He advised me on what needed to be done, and then worked on the argument and filed my N-336 request for hearing within the stipulated 30 day time period. The hearing was granted almost a year later. I had Mr. Presti represent me again during the N-336 request for hearing interview. The meeting did not go easy with the USCIS hearing officer very probing in his questions about the past incident. There were a lot of legal back-and-forths between Mr. Presti and the officer during the hearing.
