As many of you Veterans may know the claims process can be long and arduous and even painful at times. I had been wrestling with the VA and their claims process for many years before throwing my hands in the air. I saw a Facebook ad for Cameron firm, and at that point, I had all but given up. I kept ...seeing their Facebook ad come up, and I’m not sure what made me dig a little deeper, but I decided to read some of the comments that were below, and the feedback was so great I decided to give them a chance. I am so glad that I put my case in the hands of Jamie Kolpein, and Cameron firm. The result was more than I could ever of hope for. for some reason the process goes better when you have attorneys adept at wrestling the VA for you. If you’re sitting on the fence as to whether you should let them represent you, don’t. The little bit that comes out of your claim proceeds far outweighs, the pain and frustration that you will go through without them on your side.

Last year, I lost my husband who served in the Vietnam war.I worked very hard on my own trying to get my DIC survivor benefits only to be turned down by the VA. As we all know, The Veterans Administration’s system of “fuzzy math” makes it nearly impossible to reach 100% disability. For instance, if you are receiving 80% disability an additional disability rating of 100% would be necessary to bring that to 100% overall. Not likely. Peter Cameron was able to... take my 70% disability and through the review process for 100% unemployability bring it to 80% which allowed the VA to adjudicate my compensation to 100% unemployability. This he did through his knowledge of the system, his contacts with experts that were able to testify on my behalf, and timely intervention to move the process along in a rapid manner I never dreamed was possible. This, Peter accomplished at such a small cost to me I actually considered throwing in extra money for such incredible results. The key word being considered. Seriously, if you need help with your VA compensation, Peter Cameron is the easiest person to work with; lifting all the burden from your shoulders while he makes it happen. Never for one moment did I regret choosing Peter to represent me to the Veterans Administration. As a result my life has changed incredibly, allowing me to pay off my debts and feel as if I actually have money to spend each month.
