They pushed me to set up a recurring credit card payment for their services as one of their first actions. Although this initially sounded strange, it soon became evident that their goal was to bill as much as possible regardless of the case's progress or outcome. Instead of genuinely assisting me or... my kids with the process, the amount of time spent on pointless paperwork, phone conversations, and emails—often with little to no progress—felt more like a means of accruing fees.

Throughout the entire cases, I felt more like a client they could bill endlessly, rather than a parent seeking help. My concerns about my kids’ emotional well-being were dismissed or ignored, and their focus seemed to be more on finding ways to extend the case for as long as possible.
