To my way of thinking, Reed Prospere is the best criminal defense attorney in the Dallas area. Nearly 10 years ago he successfully defended my son-in-law from charges of negligent homicide/manslaughter resulting from a road rage incident in which my son-in-law was actually the victim. WORST INVESTMENT I COULD HAVE MADE!!!!! POOR IS NOT A LOW ENOUGH RATING. This attorney was extremely rude to me as a client and barely spoke a word. I found out from the court after my conviction, that there were things my attorney could have done that would have benefited me greatly. I am consid...ering malpractice litigation. He convinced me that I had no case and no room for negotiation. I have found out the "hard way" that this was simply not true. I cannot imagine what would allow someone to take so much money, and do so little.

He does not do a lot chitter chatter however he gets the job done. Don't expect him to call you a lot, he does not, he is always on the run. He helped me get a charge of hit & run dismissed. That was the point because I did not "hit & run" even though there were witness that said I did. It is very di...fficult to hear these lies. Reed let everyone see what the truth was.
