My visit to the law office of Domingo Garcia

I visited the office of Domingo Garcia to consult with him about some local political issues. While I was there I observed his staff interacting with a number of clients. The receptionists asked how I was doing and were courteous. I noticed a good number of people in the waiting room who were being a...ttended to in a reasonable time. My meeting with Mr. Garcia was pleasant. He was friendly and communicated well. I liked him, and respect the work he does in the community.

Terrible reception service

Today I called and the receptionist Melinda answered. Before I could even get my question out she assumed I was calling from Tyler and that my case was from the Tyler office. She said it was closed and to call back tomorrow. I told her that was incorrect. She than asked what was my question. I told h...er I needed to be removed from the contacts so they would stop calling me because it wasn't my cause it was my sister's case. She said very rudely that my sister had to call. I informed her that she had called several times to let them know not to call me. Since they kept calling me I decided to call them personally and tell them to do it. Melinda said oh well have her call herself and I'll do it. She than thought it would be polite to hang up. Mr. Garcia is a great attoney but unfortunately he has hire extremely rude personnel.

Muy malos empleados

tengo un caso de hace 1 año y meses con la señora diana ornelas... yo tengo que llamarla ya que ella dice que me llamara y no lo hara, le envio correos electronicos y no lls responde. Llamo ala oficina y nunca contesta la linea, ni ella ni su ayudante todo el tiempo estan en la hora de comida. Cuando... ella llega a llamarme siempre me dice lo mismo y lo mismo. Ella dice que me transferira con el abogado domingo garcia y hasta la fecha no lo a echo. Ella no esta peliando mi caso para nada. No se en que momento le dieron mi caso a esa señorita incompetente. Es a lo que se dedican y no ejercen su trabajo. Ella es Diana ornelas de dallas, tx.

Will not make you a priority

Took on my case and 8 months later they still had not done anything. When I called very angry and upset, Mr Garcia personally called me and said he did not need my services and he was terminating our contract. I wasted 8 months out of a 24 month window. Don’t use this firm, they take on more cases th...an they can handle. If it’s not big money, you are at the bottom.

awful service

after handling my case suddenly received a call saying that there was nothing they can do with my case that it was close they the guy who called was rude when i asked him for details. the employees are rude and young i don't think they know what they are doing..
