Had him for a possible writ. He sent several emails to law enforcement, prosecutor, precious lawyer to get evidence. I am sorry that you feel you had a bad experience with my firm reviewing your case for a writ. We seek to gather the information needed to make a determination of what we think is possible to pursue. Generally speaking, writs are very difficult and often do not result in the relief clients hope for. I cannot and won't go into all the details of the writ investigation process or the matter online.
