Had him for a possible writ. He sent several emails to law enforcement, prosecutor, precious lawyer to get evidence. No one had it, so he shrugged his shoulders and said we “did all we could”, for an actors $15k we can file a writ and subpoena the evidence. During my first experience with the federal court system Mr. Ross was both kind and thorough throughout the process. He is also technically savvy, good at responding back to text, calls and emails within 24 hours. He was able to get me a very favorable outcome at the end. Kevin and his staff did a good job of resolving the case in my favor although that was as much related to my relationships than any excess negotiations. Kevin knows his stuff. I wish he would have been more communicative and wish I didn't have to ask for answers to questions multiple times before r...eceiving a response. Th end result is what matters and it was resolved although I thought I could have come out better.
