I was 17 yrs old when I caught my first case which was a felony 1 robbery....I was so scared at the time until I talk to one of my closest friends and he referred me to Brett Schmidt, well to make a long story short he got me a deal of a lifetime he got my robbery 1 dropped to a class C ticket, that...'s right a CLASS C TICKET....I couldn't believe it and when I went to court to sign for that deal even the judge was in aw, his exact words were "wow I never seen a deal like this before"..and ever since then I've been using Brett I am 26 years old now...and at the time when I caught my first case I was so scared being 17 years old in an adult confinement center he was so generous enough to give me his personal line to call him from jail anytime i wanted and and we wouldn't even talk about the case we would just chat about other things to keep my mind off the case which meant a whole lot to me..I have also referred Brett to at least four of my other friends and they all think the same...using Brett definitely gives you a peace of mind cuz I know how catching cases can be so stressful

Bret has been my attorney for over 12 years. This guy knows the law. He knows how to work the system. When I caught my first case every other lawyer wanted me to take probation not deferred but regular probation. Brett got me probation but it's not on my record I can carry a firearm I can still vote.... It's like it never happened. He always called me back on time and was present in court before I was.
