I was in Austin meeting up with old friends but I live in New Orleans now. I got arrested for Public Intoxication downtown and it was crazy. I didn’t think I would have to go to jail for drinking too much but apparently they give a lot of tickets and arrest people there. Found Joe online and called h...im up after reading reviews. Hired over the phone and have never actually met because he handled my case without me having to go back to Texas which is exactly what I wanted. Had it dismissed and had him do an expungement so I would have a record. Solid deal.

I had two old arrests from when I was in college, one in Austin and one in San Antonio. It had never been a problem for me until my employer asked me about them recently even though I have worked there for nearly 10years. I had assumed that there were no records because I had never had it come up be...fore. Mr. Strickland was able to find the records even though they were over 15 years old and explained that I was eligible to apply for expunction and have the records cleared. He was able to get both done in two different places faster than I would have thought possible. Really good experience and would call again if I needed anything.

I have never been in trouble in my life so getting a charge for DUI as a 66 year old woman was scary and embarrassing, but Joseph was the best! I always felt protected from the prosecutors and the judge and he made sure that I never had to talk to anyone and wouldn’t let anyone make me scared or unco...mfortable. Unfortunately I did have too much to drink (which I am so embarrassed about) but I got a great deal and got it taken care of quickly. Couldn’t be happier! Thank you!
