Mr. Gallo prevented a stupid mistake from becoming a felony conviction and blemish on my otherwise spotless record. Mr. Gallo was quick to respond to all my emails, although they were not as detailed as I had anticipated. I have never needed a lawyer before, but I was expecting him to provide a complete plan of action, evidence list, and step-by-step instructions. Maybe I am a bit of a control freak, but it became clear Mr. Gallo wanted me to sit back and let him handle everything, without involving me in any additional stress from the interworking of the legal process. He did make the effort to call me personally when there where any significant developments in my case. I really appreciated this, since it is so rare to talk to someone directly on the phone these days. While it did take longer than I had hoped (8 months), Mr. Gallo was able to get the DA to completely drop my case without a trial or conviction. I believe Mr. Gallo's experience as previous DA and reputation in Ellis County served as a marked advantage. I do not know how his rates compare to other local lawyers, but I believe the outcome was worth every penny! I highly recommend Mr. Gallo for criminal cases.
