Last year, I was arrested for my 2nd DWI and I felt like my good life was ruined. My medical license was also going to be in jeopardy. I would like to enthusiastically recommend Joseph Gallo for anyone in need of a solid criminal defense attorney in Waxahachie/Ellis County. Last summer while driving through Waxahachie, I was arrested and charged with 2 misdemeanors (DWI with a blood alcohol of .28 , possession of marijuana) and ...1 felony (possession of marijuana). I am a physician, therefore the Texas Medical Board was notified of the charges, and they immediately suspended my medical license. I was in dire straits and freaking out about the potential jail time, loss of my medical license and career, and having a felony on my record. My sister is an attorney in California and she spent several days thoroughly researching and vetting attorneys to find the best representation possible. We chose Mr. Gallo based on his extensive experience in both prosecution and defense. During my multiple meetings with Mr. Gallo he was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate.
