I was arrested in the small town of Maypearl for having my girlfriend (who is not 21) in the car with my unopened beer in the back seat. It was not for her but the cops had enough "evidence" to take me to jail. She had absolutely nothing to drink, nor was the beer purchased for her. I hired Joe and h...e told me up front that he wanted the case. I hired Joe because I heard he was the best and he had awesome reviews. So ended up he got the DA to reject the case before it went to court. Couldnt be happier. Thanks Joe!

He read over my case over a year ago and said he could get me off and he did!! I am very pleased with his work ethic and the great job he did for me. I was arrested for a DWI and from the way it looked to me and my family there was no out, we were hoping that Joe Gallo could just make the situation alittle better but we weren't prepared for what we got. Joe fought for my drivers license and everyone said "no way, it's gone" but he WON, I kept my l...icense. That was more than I expected but he still had tricks up his sleeve, he got the WHOLE CASE DISMISSED. In addition Joe was very friendly, open, and he always kept me informed. I am so pleased with his work that I would recommend him to everyone and would use him again if I needed to.

I was facing a class B misdemeanor and possible fines. My best hope was a reduction to class C. I was elated to find I was being offered a deferred class C which will go away without further new charges. I wouldn't have wanted to face this myself with no one in my corner.
