I sought out Mr. Gallo after finding that I needed a great attorney. I had lived in the area for quite a long time and after asking around, the consensus was, to talk attorney Joe Gallo. We had our initial appointment and I felt good about our meeting and so I decided to trust Mr Gallo with my case. ...I cannot tell you how very nervous, scared, frightened and frazzled I was, as I considered all the possibilities. I expressed these things to Mr. Gallo and was able to express to me that he would carry this burden for me. Mr. Gallo said that he would work for my benefit and in my behalf so that I need not worry. All of the positive reviews on this site are not exaggerations. Joe was exceptional in every way--he's what you think of when you imagine the ideal defense attorney (caring, responsive, highly involved, and adept at handling the area's criminal justice system). When I was arrested, I asked the bail... bondsman to recommend some attorneys. He said Joe was the "best in the area," and my experience proved that. I ended up receiving a lighter probation sentence than my friend who was arrested for the same crime and used a different attorney. Last month when I applied for non-disclosure of my criminal record (basically, expungement), Joe told me that due to a particular technicality, the law did not support my case. However, he skillfully argued on my behalf and was able to obtain a favorable ruling from the judge, despite the technicalities of the case. From what I observed, Joe has an excellent rapport with the various local officials here (attorneys, judges, etc.) and is able to navigate through the justice system with great skill and insight. I don't know if he charges more than other attorneys in the area, but if he does, I can attest to the fact that he's worth it.
