He was extremely professional and knowledgeable, thorough, and handled each client and case with personal empathy and attention. He was a great mentor and leader, and also a friend to co-w...orkers. He was and is held in high regard, and remembered. When I had a personal injury lawsuit, Kris was the first attorney I thought of asking to represent me. He was patient, caring, and trustworthy. I knew he would timely attend to every aspect of my lawsuit and the goal of settlement before trial. And again, his professionalism, knowledge, and manner in which he handled my case and the parties involved - start to finish - were absolutely a key element in the Defendants' consideration and resolution of a very good settlement within several months of filing the lawsuit. I recommend Kris to everyone that I can.

Basically did good job since I had to file with my own insurance uninsured motorist. I think a better job would have included medical payed out of final settlement. I have neck and knee problems I didn’t have before accident so I believe it should have had a little better outcome. I thank you for you...r effort though and would and have recommended you to a friend.

Working with the Barber law firm has been bittersweet. They were certainly helpful in navigating a difficult time and put it a lot of work behind the scenes. However, I felt as though they took far longer than necessary to close my case and I had to repeatedly follow up in order to get things moving.... I also had to remind them of certain points multiple times before they acted on it, each time acting as though I was sharing something new with them. I hope they can learn to be more professional and proactive with their clients cases.

I was referred to this firm to help me with an auto accident I had wherein a guy with CDL license ran a red light and T-Boned me. From day 1 I received nothing but negativity from this firm's paralegals and case managers. My car was totaled and it took over a month to get a property damage settlemen...t to get another car. And the entire time I'm trying to get help from the attorneys office, they are making excuses for the insurance company, told me at one point it wasn't their job to get my damages settled i need to work that out woth the insurance company myself. Once I finally get another car I wait a few months to contact the Barber firm about settling the personal injury aspect of my claim, I even stopped treatment early because the doctor the firm referred me to was NOT helping my injury in any way. I even felt worse at times after a treatment session, and was physically ill twice. I get communication that my settlement is WAY below policy limits, not even 1/3. So I'm out of a car and transportation for over a month, I'm sent to a quack that made me feel worse than when I actually went to visit him to begin with and now for all my trouble I can't even get enough money in my pocket to get a better car than the one I got with the property damage settlement. I would NEVER refer anyone to this firm ever. And what's worse, I have worked in insurance defense as well as personal injury as a paralegal myself for 15 years. I just heard that the Barber form would really fight for me. That is sooooooo not the case. They did nothing but add to my stress.
