Terisa reached out to me a few days before Thanksgiving in regards to a case I had with her over 4 years ago. She received a letter from the insurance company stating that a check had not been processed yet. She looked into and discovered that the funds belonged to me. I reached out to the insuran...ce company and they stated the funds needed to be made out to the health provider and left it at that. I reached back out to Terisa and she went above and beyond and contacted the health provider for me to set up the transfer of funds back to me. Terisa could have easily just passed this off seeing that it was over 4 years, but she didn't. She showed genuine care for me and it means the world. Thank you Terisa.
