My experience with Mr. Day was good.. I filed chapter 7, and everything went just fine. He didn't want all the money up front, and I always had a pleasant visit with him. Granted there could have been a bit more professionalism within the office staff, but other than that, I had no problems. I hav...e actually referred a couple of friends to him, and they havent had any issues with him either.
