Do not bothering wasting your time with these people. They truly don't care about you. They made sure to take my whole settlement and then some. After almost two years of going to the Doctor, I'm still the same, nothing they did made me better. I will be disabled the rest of my life, have no way to t...ake care of myself or my bills, they tell me oh well, there's nothing I can do about it. They are horrible. Please do your research.

I hired ben abbot 2016..for a accident. I then contacted the law firm about 6 months later to get a update..the lawyer told me they needed medical Bill's and asked me to get them.. because they would charge her so I went to Baylor Scott white.and got a copy..mailed them to the lawyer..about 6 months... later I called..the lawyer said she needed the records from United Methodist..and again asked me to get them so I did..I took them to ben Abbots office in Garland..I again waited 6 months then called for a update..I find out another lawyer was handling my case...so I get a call about a year later...THATS 2 YEARS..TO FIND OUT THEY WERE ON THE WAY TO FILE WITH THE COURTS BECAUSE THE STATUE OF LIMITATIONS IS ABOUT UP...NOW 3 ALMOST 3 YEARS LATER..I FIND ANOTHER LAWYER IS HANDLING MY CASE AND HAS NEVER WENT TO TALK TO KNOW ONE IN PERSON..NOR HAVE THE SUBPOENA ANY MAINTENANCE RECORDS..NOR TALKED TO ANY HOME OWNERS..THE QUESTION IS....DO THEY HAVE MY BEST INTEREST AT HART??? I TRULY DO NOT BELIEVE SO...I HAVE BEEN LIED TO FROM DAY ONE...would I recommend this to anyone...as I tell my friends who ask if I know a good lawyer...I ALWAYS SAY NO....PEOPLE READ THE REVIEWS...ASK YOURSELF CAN THIS HAPPEN TO ME IF I HIRE BEN ABBOT....GOOD POSSIBILITY...WE WILL SEE WHERE THIS GOES ON MY CASE....BUT DO YOU WANT TO BE LIED TOO AND PASSED AROUND...AND TOLD TO GO GET YOUR OWN MEDICAL RECORDS
