I got pulled over for my 3rd DWI. It happened on 4th of July weekend so it was no refusal and they made me blow. I blew a .08. I was worried bc your 3rd one can mean prison time. I seriously thought i was screwed when i got my DWI. I didn't know what to think, who to ask for answers for any of my questions, or anything about this entire process.
