Highly recommend

Christina fought for my rights as a father and the outcome was better than expected. Most fathers are weekend Dads but Christina went the extra mile and got me equal rights and equal time with my son. The only thing I cared for was time with my son. I didn’t care about my house, child support or anyt...hing else but time with my son. Christina was not going to let me lay down. She fought for everything I deserved plus some. Big shout out to Christina’s firm Highly recommended

A Great Lawyer for Divorce/Child Custody

Christina and her team worked tirelessy in helping me succeed in my divorce case with my now ex-wife. We have three children together, and there was little hope of me gaining custody of them. Why Choose Christina?

I hired Christina Jimenez when alimony payments stopped being paid despite my settlement agreement. My ex and I divorced in Wisconsin back in 2012 and then we moved to Texas. I read online that Christina had a great track record. I called to set up a consultation. When I met with Christina, she heard... my case. She did not guarantee a win but at the same time told me why I should win. She tells me up front her rate. Christina was handling most of my conferences over the phone. I provided a-lot of documentation and hand it over to her legal aids. Christina has a team of people working for her (I commend Joey and Sheila). It helps a-lot when I took care of my part (providing documentation ASAP). We indicted my ex to make arrangements to bring her payments up to par or face jail time (a standard legal action). I believe my ex chose the wrong attorney. My ex’s attorney was not professional nor was she polite. I believe the Opposition lawyer mislead her client. I believe the opposition lawyer’s low rate was because she knew she was not good at her job. The opposition (OP) was very uncooperative. They dragged out my case as-long-as they could. The OP offered an unreasonable settlement. We decided to appeal to some of the OP’s better judgment and in doing so we drafted an agreed settlement. If it weren’t for Christina the legal jargon would have been a disaster. The OP was either incompetent or was trying to make the settlement void by the amount of errors the OP wanted to include. Christina worked hard so that the settlement would be enforceable. In the end Christina was able to recover my legal fees and a judgement in my favor. A month after this was all settled I was indicted by my ex for my being under-employed and wanting back-pay for my kids, insurance premiums that she forgot to bill. My ex decided that suing to end her child support was in the best interest for the kids. She also wanted me to pay her imputed child support. I hired Christina again and Christina was pissed (on my behalf)! This time we came up with a plan of action, but the OP was sand-bagging information. The OP would not disclose pertinent details (how they believe they deserve this judgment, who the witnesses would be). They also would not agree to talk a settlement. Also, the OP did not request a discovery in time for their own hearing (which was to their detriment). We came to court saying this is already settled and agreed upon. The judge didn’t see it that way. The judge decided that my income would be imputed, and it would be offset by child support she would continue to pay. This infuriated the OP. Christina got the OP to go to mediation. We worked out a settlement by agreeing to a reduction in child support, I agreed to pay future kids-insurance-premiums, I agreed to back-pay past premiums at a monthly rate and now we’re using OFW (Our Family Wizard). This time I did have to pay my legal fees but at least I didn’t have to pay the OP’s. Even though I conceded in the settlement you can see how it could have been worse had I procured the wrong lawyer. Christina is GOOD at her job. She is a moral and ethical person. Never once did she suggest we take advantage of the opposition. The opposition was corrupt and would try to get away with stuff, but Christina was able to combat that with experience. It was tempting to stick-it to the OP but Christina kept an even playing field. I feel like I did win these cases. Even though my ex is seeking revenge, Christina is ending this with the best interest of the kids. Christina is feared among attorneys because they know she’s good at what she does. The OP did not want to communicate with Christina because they knew they couldn’t win in an argument. Ultimately even their withholding of information could not grant them the return they wanted because Christina was ready to handle their sneak attack. I strongly suggest Christina Jimenez and her team for your case.

Custody - Father wins!

Custody- Parent Child Relationship

So far so good, communication is excellent. I have the upmost respect for her, she is down to earth and very realistic, my situation is on going and I sure it will be over soon, all of her suggestions are completely fair and wants the best for the child-parent relationship. She is upfront about costs... and in my opinion are extremely fair for someone who is taking time out of their life to make yours easier. She has given me peace of mind and I completely trust her expertise and paralegals are also extremely helpful.
