While his office itself seems a bit overwhelmed at time with work, I never had a problem contacting him personally. He was available throughout the process for questions, even sometimes when he was on vacation. Last but not least, he seems to enjoy his job, which really helps give you confidence when you're talking about the wellbeing of children.
