I have had peace of mind ever since I got his answer that paved the way for me to not lose my rights in a real estate foreclosure that I should have waited to go bankrupt after the property sold and even the time for being a resident in Arkansas was not reached when another lawyer said I didn't nee...d to wait to go bankrupt-- even with all that against me, I am relying on DKC III's advice to help me not have lien or lose this house or garnishment of social security and pension either ( since am unable to work while my husband is quadriplegic the past 3 years with a breathing tube, feeding tube) we would've suffered even more tragedy!.
