I had a home insurance claim from hurricane Ida. Adam Basso was helpful along the way. Even though we had disagreements he handled it like a professional. The Morris Bart company was very professional and available as needed. Ms. Kelly in the Houma office was courteous and helpful. Even offer us som...e advice which we appreciated. As for as I know my attorney (Mary miller) did as much as she could due to the other party not being in contact and avoiding her. Very happy for the Houma office and not having to travel to New Orleans or Gulfport. Very happy with everything

Miss Johnson was a really helpful person as my lawyer. I am study everything simple and easy. In the home office is really helpful and close to my house. It’s nicer not to go to Fortune to New Orleans.

The only complaint was that some of our phone calls were not always returned in a timely fashion, however, we were very satisfied, and would use her again, if needed. We were thankful.
