I had a home insurance claim from hurricane Ida. Adam Basso was helpful along the way. Even though we had disagreements he handled it like a professional. The Morris Bart company was very professional and available as needed. Ms. Kelly in the Houma office was courteous and helpful. Even offer us som...e advice which we appreciated. BIG mistake!

This firm is terrible about communicating. Never returns calls...I couldn't get anything moving for a year. Easy case that I should have settled myself instead of wasting 50% on nothing.
