BIG mistake!
This firm is terrible about communicating. Never returns calls...I couldn't get anything moving for a year. Easy case that I should have settled myself instead of wasting 50% on nothing.

They never call you to keep you updated. You are constantly calling them and speaking with different people. There time frame is different from every associate.
