I retained Douglas Novotny for a libel and invasion of privacy case and he charged me hundreds of dollars to draft an unprepared letter to my harasser demanding an apology and corrections be posted publicly. Rather that follow through on that, Douglas advised me to accept my harasser simply deleting... her Facebook post. After everything this stalker has put ne through, this was not a satisfactory resolution at all. It seems like Douglas was intimidated by my stalker and didn't care that she was making my business lose funds. Complete disappointment and waste of my money.
