Jerry Wallentine--- OUTSTANDING!

I came into contact with Mr. Wallentine in the summer of 2013 and have been working with him until now. He was very reassuring and confident in his abilities to represent me as a lawyer, and even when my case became complicated, he managed to pull through and helped close my case down! Mr. Wallentine... replied quickly to his emails and always kept me in the loop... He was also very positive which helped ease my worries regarding my case greatly. Bottom line, I'd recommend this lawyer to anyone who needed one! :)

Criminal damage charge

Mr. Wallentine recently represented me in a criminal damage case. I had contacted several attorneys before him and they were somewhat cold and impersonal. Not the case with Jerry. He was anxious to help and willing to explain things in more detail, plus his retainer was 2 or almost 3 times less than ...the other guys. I considered my arrest and charge ridiculous and was giving up hope in the justice system in Johnson County. Jerry never sugar-coating anything explained the system to me and was honest about what to expect. A plea seemed like the best way to go, but only a week or two after setting a plea hearing, Jerry called with some incredible news. After speaking to the prosecuter, he was able to get my case dismissed! Putting an end to a very stressful time. I can't thank him enough for the hard work on my behalf. I would absolutely recommend his services to anyone dealing with legal trouble in Johnson County.

Unbelievable representation

Mr Wallentine represented me recently on a driving without a license charge. He was swift and effective. He used his charm and knowledge to get the charges dropped. Without his help I would have been in a world of hurt. He is very influential and likeable. You can not go wrong with this man.

Expungement for DWI

I contacted Jerry about getting a felony DWI expunged from my record. It was previously denied and was also a difficult case. I had contacted another attorney who told me I was wasting my time and money and that it would be denied. Jerry was upfront and honest and told me it would be difficult, but h...e would put together a solid case. After his persistence and building a great case, we won the expungement hearing! Jerry's professionalism was second to none and he kept me informed at all times. If I ever had a question, Jerry would respond immediately. I would highly recommend Jerry as an attorney!

ended the dispute right after it began

I had a business transaction go south on me. The other side had a track record of going to court over frivolous things and was threatening to sue me. I contacted Jerry and he got out in front of it and convinced the other side that it just wouldn't be with their while to pick a fight over this one.... "The battle avoided is the battle won," they say.
