We employed (and spent a good amount of money) with Leon and his team. Although his team were extremely good in getting us to fill in forms and round up information (he was great talking to initially, but then disappeared as his team took over the admin work) for our US partner visa, as soon as the g...oing got tough and we were rejected for some reason, they literally pushed us away and seized contact. If you're after someone telling you what evidence to gather and fill in form, which you can literally just do by yourself, he's your man! If you expect actual lawyering and intelligent follow-up on a case which might have a slight chance of being harder than pushing a pen, go somewhere else. Wasted a year and a half on this non-sense.

We’re a military family stationed in Germany and Last year in may 2020 we applied for my visa with this law firm, I felt very comfortable at first. I was told I’ll be well prepared for my interview and they help me with all of the paperwork. But I noticed after a while when I sent emails with questi...ons I hardly got any response. Sometimes I had to send out 2-4 emails a week or even call to get any response at all. However my case is a little more complicated and I needed a waiver. Versfeld and co told me they help me with the waiver and will send me everything I need to know and all the things they need from me etc ( I wanted to continue With them since they knew me and my situation ) … until this day I haven’t received anything no information and no answers to my questions. I had to hire a new lawyer and I’m FINALLY in good hands…. !!!!! I did let Versfeld know many times about how I felt and my concerns and they seem to didn’t care or take any action at all. One time I was so frustrated where I called the receptionist crying and told her on the phone how I felt. They did not prepare me for any difficulties that were lying ahead but had no problem taking money from a Soldier and his family nonetheless.

Mr Versfeld is the first lawyer to ever trust and he proved that he is trustworthy. From the start he had the knowledge and the confidence , took time and explain me the process and answered all of my questions, it has been a long journey for me and when I got the good news I cried... I am happy and ...grateful for everything , the whole team went above and beyond, also thanks to Marianna as well. If you need an immigration lawyer he is the best !

I can not recommend Leon and his team enough, they are consummate professionals. I went to him panicked about my future in the US as I received a 'Request for Further Evidence' and he successfuly helped me obtain my Green Card. Leon takes the time to tell you what the USCIS are asking for in plain en...glish, and how he's going to achieve the desired result. His office staff are amazing. Marianna was always at the end of a phone, or email, for any questions I had along the way. I can not thank them enough!
