First, I want to say that I am so glad I hired Denise Kirby to represent me for my DWI case. When my situation occurred, I was visiting Missouri during a vacation and initially was very nervous because I live in a different state and did not know any lawyers in the area. After being pulled over for expired license plate tags late at night, the officer asked if I had any drinks that night and then proceeded to start a Field Sobriety Test. The officer improperly administered the test and attempted to intimidate & scare me into failing the test. When this succeeded, I w...as arrested for DWI despite having a BAC below the legal driving limit. On St Patrick's Day, I got into a car accident with no injuries. The officer who arrived on the scene said I had the smell of alcohol on my breath and had me do a field sobriety test.
