Call Jim Onder after your car accident!

I was in a bad car accident where I was hit and my car flipped and almost crushed and calling Jim Onder was the BEST DECISION I made to help me get what I deserved (it was the other cars fault and witnesses will say it also) for everything that I went through. Beside all my physical pain I was havin...g a hard time dealing with things after the accident and the insurance company and I missed lots of work. I don't know how I would have dealt with it all without Jim helping me through it! The best thing was how he took the time to explain everything until I understood because I'd never been through this before and I tons of questions. I even called once late at night and he answered and answered all my questions!! He was so nice! He fought for me and it all went great and the settlement was beyond what I ever thought could happen. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Jim!

Terrible communications, dont return phone calls. Find a different firm

Tthe Onder firm was handling a claim that was part of a class action lawsuit having to do with the CPAP manufacturer. At the time kidney issues were included as an issue that subsequently dropped as a symptom that was part of the class action lawsuit. The class action was resolved, I received a let...ter stating that I no longer qualified as part of the suit due to the change that I mentioned. Totally fine with all of that. If that is how things happen so be it. My issue is that I called several and left messages several times. I didn't receive one call back. Three months after I received the letter I did receive a phone call. I was told that they were to understaffed to return phone calls to clients. Is this a firm you want to represent you? If your OK with a complete lack of communication then this firm will work for you.

NEVER EVER USE THIS DISINTERESTED AND POORLY MANAGED EXCUSE FOR A LAW FIRM

Utter incompetence and betrayal of my trust in signing-on with them to represent me in Roundup case (i.e., giving those who can’t prove having lymphoma the exact same settlement as myself who submitted irrefutable proof). Wanting a 40% settlement fee, yet not having the staff to handle the settlement... process. Worst law firm ever. Months later, still no contact, after their finally hiring the staff that they originally needed to handle the claim adjudication process. UTTERLY INCOMPETENT AMD DISINTERESTED LAW FIRM. This service needs a Zero Star Rating for businesses like this.

Worthless

I filed two suits using this firm. Both legit.One for a hernia mesh and one for a round-up cancer case.They rudely contacted me be email saying the mesh case was out.And they had no more to do with me on that case.The round up case?Nothing.NADA.Worthless.And don't try to contact them.You can't.
