Death due to negligence

In 2020 I spoke with you about my husband being neglected at a hospital in SATX no attendance at the emergency room lead to my husband's major valve surgery to reject his body you send another lawyer saying she would represent me. Alicia then months later she called n said no I didn't have a case bec...ause it wasn't a vehicle accident does this mean you are handling case No response since 2021 Desperate in Texas
