Made things painless

Andrew made what could of potentially been a nightmare a rather painless experience. He was very patient with us and I always felt reassured we were in good hands. He went over and above what I would have expected. He worked around our crazy schedule. He even met with me on the weekend. I would recom...mend him to anyone.

Awesome Lawyer

Andrew Kirkwood Smith is a very sharp and intelligent attorney. He explains everything to you and will give you opportunities to ask any questions you might have. The friendly office atmosphere relaxes you and he eases any stress that you might have. There were never any surprises or unknowns. He is ...straight forward and has your best interest at all times. I felt the trust and honesty that assured me I was in the right place. He takes your case seriously from start to finish. You're treated with respect and dignity, not someone that's just out for the money. I will definitely refer people to him and come back if I ever have to. You can't go wrong with Andrew Kirkwood Smith. Believe that.

He EARNED a client for life!!!

Andrew Kirkwood Smith is by far the most impressive attorney I have ever worked with! I came across his contact information on a mailed advertisement, and called because everything it promised sounded way to good to be true. He went above and beyond every word that he promised! Upon my visit to his o...ffice he made me feel so comfortable! He took care of everything! He went as far to even call/text to remind me of anything that needed to be handled, where to meet, what to bring, ect....I mean down to every last detail! Professional, but down to Earth and super easy to talk to! He literally does give out his cell phone number, and accepts calls at all hours, no matter what! As a matter of fact, I have never even heard his voicemail, because he is so attentive he has answered the phone every time I have called! His prices are way too cheap for the service and results he gives in return! I can not say enough wonderful things on his behalf, but I can confidently say that he has EARNED a client for life!!! If you are reading this and in the market for an attorney, look no further....he is the best out there!!!

Bankruptcy

From the moment I spoke with Andrew on the phone I felt at ease regarding my situation. He never made me feel as though I was intruding on his time and usually when I had a question I either received a prompt call or text depending on the complexity of the answer. Andrew made a very tense situation... manageable throughout the process. I have recommended him to other aquaintances who are in need of his services. There were other lawyers closer in proximity, but like I said, he seemed and was trustworthy.

Flawless

All I can say is that my experience with him was life changing. He was honest, open, up front, and most importantly informative. He was easy to get a hold of, answered all of my questions and made the process stress free. There was not a moment that I felt confused or worried. It was precise and he h...elped me every step of the way through one of the most difficult times in my life. He is warm, inviting, down to earth, and knows exactly what he is doing. He is well educated and very knowledgeable. If I was to stamp out a mold of what a lawyer should be I would sat they broke the mold with him and I would clone him. I will recommend him to everyone I know and should the need arise I would call on him again in a heartbeat! He is an amazing person and he did and outstanding job. I am grateful for what he did and starting over is going to be possible for me now since my life has changed so drastically. Best lawyer I have ever had to pleasure to meet and work with. Thank you!!
