Financial Advice

I admit I was skeptical about all of these 5 star reviews. After talking with a couple of other attorneys who really only seemed to want to get into my wallet, I called Andrew. He responded immediately and answered my questions on the spot. He gave me advise to pursue resolution of my financial issue...s and pretty much said I don't need to hire him and don't need to declare bankruptcy. Seriously? Well, if I do end up needing the help of an attorney, I'm not even going to hesitate one second to hire him.

Do yourself a favor and hire Andrew!

I HIGHLY recommend Andrew! I hired him to assist me with Chapter 7 bankruptcy after an initial consultation on the options based on my financial status at the time. I had a lot of anxiety leading up to the decision to pursue bankruptcy, but Andrew immediately put my mind at ease during our initial ...consultation. He explained the process and steps required in a very professional yet personal manner that allowed me to relax as he answered all of my questions. He had advised me on the details I needed to bring to the consultation and quickly filled out all of the paperwork as we talked through the specifics. When we met at the courthouse, he again helped me relax by reminding me of the type of questions the Trustee would ask and was a great support at the table with me during the hearing. Afterwards, Andrew contacted me once the case was final as he said he would. Andrew is very proactive, thorough and a delight to work with!

I recommend Andrew

Going through Chapter 7 bankruptcy is never an easy choice. I kept battling with finding a lawyer who will handle my case.. One day my friend from work recommended me to go see Andrew Smith... From my first day meeting him and him discussing my cases i knew he was the right lawyer for me.. Whenever i... had questions or things i didnt understand, i call Andrew up (sometimes lates) but he will always answer my calls. By Andrew handling my case, i thank God for him because he is truly a lifesaver.. I recommended my family and friends to him and everyone has been above satisfied.. He is a wonderful Person because he care about your case.

Best Bankruptcy Lawyer EVER!!!!!

Literally hand's down'the best Lawyer I've had the pleasure of doing business with. He was confidential with my process especially since I work in the field. Once the decision was made to push forward regarding my Chp 7. Andrew jumped right on it he was thorough and efficient in explaining the enti...re process . I never felt lost or unsure of what was going on regarding my money or time. I texted him literally at all hours of the day and he would responded to me quickly ; most of the time he texted me right back ! Even after my 341 meeting I still texted and called him and he still answered me after his job was done. So God forbid I have to do this again; but if circumstances arise I would surely hire Andrew again! nothing short of amazing. So if your looking for a lawyer who is down to earth but knows his Profession well Here's your man! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you
