Awesome Lawyer

I've been going to Andrew since 2014 to handle my traffic tickets. He's very affordable and he handle your cases fast. Whenever I need to contact him, he responds back even when he's out of town. Just recently, he helped me file bankruptcy for the first time and I have never been so happy and relie...ved. Andrew gets to the point, he doesn't waste anyone's time talking about things that don't matter, it's an in and out process but he does have time to answer any questions you may have. He's a really nice man who's professional and takes his career seriously. I will continue to drive to Clayton for his help. His business is worth my time and money!!! Thanks Andrew for everything!!

Amazing Attorney

I recently finished my bankruptcy 7 case with attorney Andrew Smith. He was absolutely amazing in helping me and my husband file bankruptcy, he is very knowledgeable and was very caring to our needs. His pricing is extremely reasonable and it fit our needs perfectly and the hours of availability help...s with working people. I highly recommend him for any attorney needs that you may have and he will be our attorney in the future.

He EARNED a client for life!!!

Andrew Kirkwood Smith is by far the most impressive attorney I have ever worked with! I came across his contact information on a mailed advertisement, and called because everything it promised sounded way to good to be true. He went above and beyond every word that he promised! Upon my visit to his o...ffice he made me feel so comfortable! He took care of everything! He went as far to even call/text to remind me of anything that needed to be handled, where to meet, what to bring, ect....I mean down to every last detail! Professional, but down to Earth and super easy to talk to! He literally does give out his cell phone number, and accepts calls at all hours, no matter what! As a matter of fact, I have never even heard his voicemail, because he is so attentive he has answered the phone every time I have called! His prices are way too cheap for the service and results he gives in return! I can not say enough wonderful things on his behalf, but I can confidently say that he has EARNED a client for life!!! If you are reading this and in the market for an attorney, look no further....he is the best out there!!!

Very professional ; always available

Mr.Smith did my bankruptcy case about 18months ago. He was very helpful, I never felt rushed, and his prices are more than fair. I was referred to him from a co-worker. I have since referred a friend to him. You can't go wrong with this gentleman.

Informative, Helpful & To the Point

I had no clue in the area of bankruptcy, did my research in looking for lawyers, and his name was on my list. After researching with quite a few lawyers and calling them over the phone, he seemed knowledgeable and willing to help. He was willing to answer questions even if to me they seemed dumb. ...I would recommend to family and friends. He was quick, no fuss and up front with the charges. He kept up to date with my e-mails and did not have to wait even with his work load. Two thumbs up.
