Great lawyer!!!!!!!

Andrew helped me with filing bankruptcy , he told me I didn't have to with my situation , but I chose to go ahead so I could just be done with everything and not have to worry or recieve anymore phone calls or letters . He had the best price for a bankruptcy and let me make payments , I had full unde...rstanding that the paperwork was not going to be filed until he received the full cost of the bankruptcy, but it still helped a lot!!!!!!! I will tell people about him because he is honest and trustworthy , you don't find both those traits in very many people!!!!!!!

Life saver!

I was in a very bad situation and at the end of my rope. I was forced into bankruptcy due to circumstances outside of my control. I felt like I couldn't breathe and had no will to go on with how bad my situation was. I was referred to Mr. Smith by a colleague. WOW!! Where to start?!?! From the moment... I sat down across from Andrew, I knew he was the attorney for me! He was professional, attentive, and I felt hope at the end of my first meeting with him. That maybe I would be able to breathe again and be able to sleep again. For those of you reading this review you will understand my words if you are currently in the situation I was in. Do not hesitate one moment longer to pick up the phone and call Andrew. He was also very reasonably priced. He walked me through the entire process with such professionalism that other attorneys could only wish to be like him. Thank you Andrew from the bottom of my heart for helping me through this horrible time in my life! Thank you for all the work you did and in getting my bankruptcy completed! Mission impossible accomplished!

My case was complicated by a mix of business and personal debts. I visited a couple of attorneys trying to file for Chapter 7. Both of them told me to prepare to lose all my home equity. I continued researching for that “miracle” attorney. Thanks to AVVO and their reviews I found Andrew Smith. Hi...ring him was the best thing I’ve ever did. I can gladly say that today, 6 months later, my debt is discharged and I have to keep all my home equity. The experience with Andrew was flawless. I would describe Andrew as genuinely friendly, caring and very knowledgeable professional. From beginning to end he took care of business. He files all the paperwork, answers your calls (day or night) and thoroughly prepares you for the court. Big plus - very reasonable attorney fees. I recommended Andrew to all my friends and family.

Bankruptcy

Was clear and what needed to be done. Was very well prepared before we went to court. At court, he was the best prepared attorney to answer all questions from the judge. He had all paperwork in order and made sure that I was confident in answering any questions. It was simply amazing to see other att...orneys that did not have their clients best interest and the client did not have the correct answers. I felt sorry for those who did not have an attorney that valued their clients time and interest. I was impressed that and relieved that he gave me a very fair cost for the bankruptcy and answered any questions in a timely manner.

Awesome attorney!

Filing bankruptcy was a very difficult and embarrassing decision for me. When I contacted Mr. Smith I spoke directly to him and he gave me some assurance right off. I met with him and he reviewed all my finances and situation, and made me feel at ease that I was doing right. He made my payment very a...ffordable!! Never once did I feel he judged me. He answered all my questions clearly. He kept me updated at all times. If I had to leave him a message he was always back to me in hours. I would very much recommend him and the thorough work he does!
