Considering my background as a DACA recipient, I was able to obtain work opportunities that helped me acquire experience. This, briefly speaking, allowed for the construction of a rather complex legal case, that allowed for me to be sponsored for Permanent Residency in the United States, through work/labor certification. Mr. Kurczaba and Mrs. Brozek, built a case that allowed for me to become sponsored for permanent residency and would allow for me to legally and permanently work, at my sponsor's company. Since 2015, the labor certification process and the various stages of the immigrant petitioning process have been ongoing and have concluded in the last week. As a DACA recipient, I had to temporarily leave the US to attend a Consular Interview in a US Embassy, abroad. There, I was granted an Immigrant Visa and permitted to enter the United States, as a Legal Permanent Resident. I am beginning work at my sponsor's company next week! I cannot wait to see what the future holds for me at this company and I am beyond grateful for everything that Kurczaba & Associates helped me accomplish!
