Excellent Immigration Lawyer

I have known Lisa for over 10 years. She first helped me get my green card and later my US Citizenship. She came with me for my citizenship interview and made sure that all went well. I entirely trust Lisa and her decisions. As a result, I recommended Lisa to my brother and Lisa is currently helping ...him with his green card.

Do not waste your money

This lawyer worked on my greed card application case three years ago, for which I paid her $5,000. I sent my materials to her for a preliminary screening and was told it was a strong case. However, my application finally got denied by USCIS, and her explanation was that she did not work for USCIS and... did not hand out green cards so she was not responsible. Those are exactly what she told me. she lost the case but I did not get a penny back from her. I asked her to send the final package to me but only found out it was a mess and not well organized, at least not worth the money I paid. I DIYed my case later on, and finally my case was approved 5 months later, which proved that my case was strong but this lawyer is incapable.

Dear "Immigration Client": I believe you are a client for whom we filed an Extraordinary Ability petition. In the last five years, we have had only two denials of EB-1 Extraordinary Ability cases. In one case, the client’s National Interest Waiver petition, filed concurrently with the Extraordinary Ability petition, was approved; this client’s employer subsequently filed an Outstanding Researcher petition on the client’s behalf. In the other case, upon denial of the Extraordinary Ability petition, the client retained our services for assistance in filing an Outstanding Researcher petition. We assisted him in preparing documents and letters for this petition but he did file this petition on his own. Our law firm adheres to its policy of informing all potential clients of the possibility of denial of EB-1 Extraordinary Ability cases. We always make sure to remind clients, before they retain us, that there can be no guarantee of approval. That said, our success rate in the approval of EB-1 Extraordinary Ability cases, as well as National Interest Waiver petitions, speaks to our commitment to excellence of service. Our firm is always receptive to constructive criticism. We take complaints from clients very seriously. We certainly regret that you feel your experience with our firm did not meet your expectations. We are happy to hear, however, that your case was ultimately approved.
