Getting Green Card and becoming Citizen of USA is always been a dream and will continue to be a dream if not for everyone but almost most of them and I’m one of those dreamer. But this dream was almost shaken up in 2013 when I got a letter from Dept. that my pending i-485 which was filed in August 20...03 was denied due to a recent interview I had with them. Although I really wanted to go in detail to describe what went wrong so other similar cases can learn from my case but I wanted to avoid any misconception and misrepresentation of Dept. or any individual. Well, because of this Denial I was really shattered, broken but I thought to myself this is an error and we can correct this by sending communication to Dept. because of this I started searching local attorneys, visited AVVO.COM picked up three of them visited them, paid them their consultation fees spend almost 2 to 3 hours explaining about the case but was really disappointment in them not because I met wrong attorney but because how people claim they possess knowledge in certain area (such as mine) but they are otherwise on top of that they wanted to charge from 5 Grand to 10 grand.
