Lisa please help me! Vawa case apeal denied.

I found liza on Avvo In May of 2017 and after reading her review I sent her the above title message. On a Saturday evening and in less than an hour she emailed and set an appointment to meet with her the Monday. My vawa approval was revoked, my appeal was denied. Lisa took my case, and filed a motio...n to reopen and reconsider. Lisa and her staff are friendly, professional and I could feel the empathy which made a difference in my moment of hopelessness. Today I got the letter, we won the appeal. Thank you Lisa!

Leticia, Thank you for the kind words and for trusting my office to help you in the motion/appeal. After 31+ years of practicing immigration law, I still screamed out for joy when I read the decision that said you won your motion. The scream of joy was because I remember our meetings in the office and I knew how much this meant to you. I am so happy for you and your family. Lisa

TN visa

Lisa helped me throughout my journey to get a TN status. She worked with my employer, but also with me personally during the various phases of the process. Originally, she was the one who suggested me to follow this path (when I didn't even think it was possible for me to get such a status to work in... the United States). And then, when I was in the middle of it, she was quick to answer all the questions I had. I would definitly recommand her!

Great lawyer and great staff

I have just received a green card and I would like to thank you Lisa Scott and her team for overseeing our case and guiding us through the process to a successful ending. I have been most impressed with Lisa’s knowledge of immigration processes. However, what has touched me the most was Lisa’s and ...her staff’s warm, personal approach to us. We have been treated not a source of income but as human beings in need of help during a stressful and difficult time in our lives. We have been told that that does not happen often. I guess, we have been lucky! Our calls and emails were always returned promptly and we always felt comforted and reassured after talking to any of the team’s members. Once again, thank you so much!

Green Card and US Citizenship, Hopeful. Thank you Lisa.

Getting Green Card and becoming Citizen of USA is always been a dream and will continue to be a dream if not for everyone but almost most of them and I’m one of those dreamer. But this dream was almost shaken up in 2013 when I got a letter from Dept. that my pending i-485 which was filed in August 20...03 was denied due to a recent interview I had with them. Although I really wanted to go in detail to describe what went wrong so other similar cases can learn from my case but I wanted to avoid any misconception and misrepresentation of Dept. or any individual. Well, because of this Denial I was really shattered, broken but I thought to myself this is an error and we can correct this by sending communication to Dept. because of this I started searching local attorneys, visited AVVO.COM picked up three of them visited them, paid them their consultation fees spend almost 2 to 3 hours explaining about the case but was really disappointment in them not because I met wrong attorney but because how people claim they possess knowledge in certain area (such as mine) but they are otherwise on top of that they wanted to charge from 5 Grand to 10 grand. Anyways then last I come across LISA SCOTT, called her office, front office was very professional and polite, that’s exactly what you needed for a shaken guy, right!!!... then after few hours that evening got a call from LISA herself. Folks, you won’t believe if I say this but within 15 minutes of our conversation she understood my case, what has have gone wrong with my case, ready to help me sending the communication to Dept. I mean I was very much surprised and equally excited because to me her willingness to help me without even talking about her fees and stuff was so overwhelming. So next day went to her office, discussed the plan, signed contract to hire her and within one week she sent all documentations, paper work to Dept. Face to face interaction was so professional and so helping that I started to see light the end of tunnel. I really thank God who guided me to meet her and I really pray to God to help her succeed in her professional services and I pray that she continue to help individuals like me and many other needy folks out there. We all know there are so many attorneys out there it is almost tough to pick one, but not impossible and LISA SCOTT is like needle in a haystack. Within six month I got a letter from Dept. that my case has been reopened and under processing, I was really excited about this news and since then feeling a bit relax and started to dream again  and sincerely I hope that one day I’ll get my GC and path to Citizenship. I’ll continue to work with LISA for future proceedings for me and my family members. Now She is my official attorney in immigration matters, I’ll strongly recommend her to my friends, and foes and to you readers. Thank you and God bless you Ms. Lisa Scott for your quick help, without wasting too much time you really helped me in getting back my case on track. I wish you and your staff all the very best for future. Folks, last but not least that she is so professional in responding to queries whether big or small via email or phone within few hours of queries posted unlike other individuals out there so you can really count on her on that services as well.

NIW to lawful permanent residency to US citizenship!

Lisa is a truly dependable competent immigration attorney. We asked her to represent us in a petition for NIW. She not only submitted all the paperwork efficiently, but also monitored the progress. She has been proactive in communicating to INS, now known as USCIS, to initiate critical steps in the p...rocess. We also ask her to continue the petition for US citizenship, including my mother's case. We consider her to be our family immigration attorney!
