Timely, efficient and informative.

I hired Mudd law offices three years ago to help me set up my start up business. Mudd law offices have provide a superb service, and have helped guide me through the process of setting myself up as an S corp. Not knowing anything about how to handle this process, I needed quite a bit of hand holdi...ng. This firm took the time to understand my needs and long term strategic goals to help advise me which option would be best suited for me. Since that time I have had to have help with filing trademark application paperwork and filing patent application paperwork and in each case, this firm was both timely in getting back to me and was prepared to discuss the various options and actions that needed to be undertaken, making sure that I understood each action required. What I appreciate most from Mudd Law offices is their desire to understand my specific business needs, so some things take additional time on the front end but end up requiring less follow up.
