RUNNNNNN DO NOT HIRE

RUN FAR AWAY!!! A PROFESSIONAL CON ARTIST is what you will be sending your hard earned money to. Do not hire this man. He will act all knowledgeable, nice, and concerned all the way up until you to sign his bogus contract and pay his so called retainer. After you send him your money. He becomes very... unresponsive and unreliable. He will say he’s filing paperwork and doesn’t. In the bogus contract it says response time is 48-72hrs and when you point that out to him and start asking for updates on your case. He will feed you lies all the way up until he can’t any more and you have caught him red handed in lies. His biggest lie is that his phone was broke. Then he will say you’re a difficult client and he would rather not work with you and is terminating the contract and will refund your money within 7 business days which he does not. After failed communication and dishonesty about having a court date is what made me decide to dig further into his reviews and how legit of a lawyer he is. On several sites from google reviews, Facebook, and this site here I’ve seen how he’s scammed so many others like myself. He’s not even listed on the Illinois Stare Bar Association site like plenty of other lawyers are. I definitely put in a case to the ARCD. This man doesn’t deserve to have a license. He’s totally dishonest and unprofessional. Collecting retainers and not doing the work.

Trust your instinct!

I initially hired Aaron for legal representation at a reduced rate. At the beginning, he managed my case with professionalism. However, over time, there were several instances where boundaries between professional and personal interactions were not maintained. Communication became challenging, and... there was a noticeable lack of responsiveness to inquiries about my case. At one point, there was an inappropriate reference to my mental health in a manner that seemed unprofessional and dismissive. I felt personally attacked. Given these experiences, I decided to seek new legal representation. My intention in sharing this is to provide an objective account of my experience for the benefit of others seeking legal support. Failure to File Documents: “There were multiple instances where necessary court documents were not filed within the required timeframe, which caused delays in the proceedings and added stress to the situation.” *Missed Appointments: “There were occasions when scheduled appointments were missed or rescheduled at the last minute, leading to a lack of continuity in handling my case.” Lack of Transparency: “At times, there was a lack of clear communication regarding the status and progress of my case, which made it difficult to understand the next steps and to make informed decisions.” Unprofessional Conduct: “There were instances where the tone and manner of communication felt dismissive, which impacted the professional relationship and made it challenging to feel supported.”

Semaja, While working with you, you have had several outbursts while I have been in court including a car accident that we have no involvement in, we spent hours speaking with you as well as opposing counsel to try and resolve your matter. We have additionally tried to find you services to assist you and your child. Overall, it is difficult to work with someone effectively who has issues with a busy schedule and requires texts back. You accused me of blocking you last year when we initially spoke, you accused me of blocking you again this year. You made personal insults as well. I even responded that I believed you should find new counsel given the overall issues in less than a month of working with you. I apologize if your expectations were not met, but it is extremely hard to work with people that demand immediate attention and don't realize that the contract even states that we will return communication within 48 to 72 hours. It is additionally hard to work with someone that isn't grateful for the kindness we show the outside of the usual scope of work given your significant needs.

Scammer

Dear Aaron Korson, This guy really sells his words to get you to hire him, making you feel as if he is really interested and worried about you and your case. Gives you ever excuse, as to why you haven't heard back from him in weeks, doesn't take any of your calls, doesn't reply back to you on time. ...Never filed what he was supposed to do for me in court in the 3 months,of just waiting with no answer, no one has never even heard of his name When I called myself to see what he has done for me. And if you question him about the case, he gets mad, he threatens to not represent you anymore. I reported him to the ARDC. He's taking people's money that work hard for it and need the help.
