I find it amusing how there are nothing but great reviews on here but these are the most unprofessional lawyers ever!!! Took my husbands money every week before he realized that filing wasn't the best thing for him. Yet they take 600 of the 1250 anyway even though they did NOTHING and he still hasn't... received the 650 back. I think it's very poor service to faithfully take someone's money but hesitate and take your time to give it back.

I used this lawyer from May 2010 to August 2010 for a bankruptacy case. I chose not to file because I was approved for a loan modification. They only refunded 832.50 of the 2,000.00 fee. He charged me for work that shouldn't have been done(Additional $75 to calculate the refund) I would not recomend... them.
