Chapter 13 fail
I was very clear and open about what I wanted out of my case, and yes I understood that it’s black and white and no wiggle room. Chapter 13 is up to 2 trustees and according to Dale, he knew what she was like and would except so after almost 300 messages back and forth I thought we had an understandi...
not fair, Jorge. Shortly after we filed your case your household income went up over $60,000 and you did not want to increase your dividend to creditors so the Bankruptcy Trustee objected. If you want to refile, and apologize, we can get you a no-interest repayment plan, that's the good news! But you have to promise to be nice. I can't believe our attorneys put up with 300 messages, they were very nice to you.

How about a zero star review.
I feel like we were nothing but $$$ for this firm. Absolutely no consideration about how hard it was to go through this. Misinformation, lack of vital information and we were told one thing only to find out something else after the fact. I have done internships with public defenders that had a better...
looks like bogus review, probably from a competitor. It says "we" and claims to have "hired us". "We" means a joint case, and we have only 3 where the spouse is "Natalia". 2 are successfully completed Chapter 13's, one a 36 month plan and the other 48, and the other is a completed 7. None of the 3 had any problems or complaints. In addition to the 3 joint ("WE") cases with "Natalia" for a spouse, we have 7 for singles named Natalia, all either successfully closed with 5 star reviews, or still going happily along without complaints. Very strange to get such an angry review, sounds like a phony to me. We have 25,802 five star reviews. It is possible to get a bad one, but unusual not to be able to ID it. "Natalia" send us an email with this and a request to forward it to me so we can see if you are a real client and if we really did something wrong.

Lame!
I called to get information about bankruptcy. I spoke to one of the attorneys at the law firm. Told him my vehicle is paid in full. He quoted me $13,00 for value of my car but, Kelley blue book states my car is worth $24,00. He also told me I would lose my car. I asked if I could come in and discuss ...
very strange, probably a phony story by a competitor. "John" calls a reputable law firm and has a paid in full $24,000 vehicle, and wants to file a "bankruptcy". Oh, sure, on what planet do you get to keep $24,000 cash or vehicle and walk away from debt? Not in Illinois, Indiana or Wisconsin. Your only option is to protect your vehicle equity by properly valuing it and proposing a Chapter 13 repayment plan. So, "John", your "review" is the only joke, and the joke will be on you if you lied about having a valuable vehicle and did not list it on a Chapter 7 petition, you could do some jail time for bankruptcy fraud. I don't recommend "John", I think it is a phony review by someone who was not, and was never going to be, a client. "John" is very confused, or a liar.

I was treated like a 2nd Class Citizen
I just called the 1-888 number for Peter Francis Geraci. I am feeling tender about having to file bankruptcy; have gone and received counsel from the Pro Se office in the Dirkson Building and decided I may want to hire Peter. I just called, introduced myself; explained my journey of Pro Se to Profe...

Lack of communication and poor service
I set up a consultation for filing chapter 13. I was 10 minutes away from the office in Indianapolis, Indiana. A lady from Chicago office called and stated they were canceling my appointment, when asked my she said the office manager reviewed my case and decided not to take it. When I asked the reaso...
