Review

The lawyer I was working with was hard to get a hold of. I talked to everyone else but him and usually if I got a return call it was from someone else until I decided to not use them. They don't refund any money back and I almost had the full amount paid for the bankruptcy.

Many Thanks to you for you Excellent Service!!

Initially, I was hesitant & embarrassed to reach out for help concerning the problem I had with debt which occurred after I went thru a challenge with breast cancer twice within a few years. My bank account had been siezed so I had no money, no peace, sleepless nights, was worried about how to get ca...ught up on all of the debt after going thru cancer, a divorce & job change that lead to a lower salary all at the same time....I WAS MISERABLE! Finally, I got the nerve to contact PFG for an appointment, once there the team put me at ease, helped to get my bank account unfrozen immediately & and we begin working on a plan to help me get out of debt. I finally was able to get some sleep and have peace, now I'm at the end of my case and is extremely happy that I worked with this wonderful team at PFG...Ashley N. Chike & David Lugardo - THANK YOU for keeping me in tune to my case and updating on its status...You have helped make a great difference in my world. Blessings to you! Brenda J.

My lawyer worked with me many times to get my job on board and submit payments. He was very patient answered all my questions. I really appreciate the service.

Paying for lawyer 's mistake

In a chapter 13 bankruptcy case that I filed on January 10 2014. I was supposed to pay 40 200$ plass aterney fee and court cost. That is 8000$ called base plan. After a few month trustees added 800$ to base plane and juge approved it. I objected to my lawyer and they could not do anything. After ...one year trustees asked and got my tax return to be added to base plan amount of 3146$. So the base plan we stated with was 8000$ increased to 11946$. Beavare of what this firm promises you on your bankcrupcy case. Now I objected strongly to my lawyer and law firm. After going back and forward several time(waste of my time . They mainly said you are winner even if you paid 3946.00$ more than we perfected. I will file a motion to go and talke to the juge about this law firms conduct.

Bad Experience

I went with them based on great reviews on how they are willing to help, they will work with you, and that your bankruptcy would be a breeze. Needless to say I was swindled into a Chapter 13 instead of a Chapter 7. I made several payments on my Chapter 13 and after seeking out other attorneys they st...ated I should have been informed to file a Chapter 7. I called and asked how much would it be to convert, they told me I needed to pay the Chapter 7 fee of $1700 dollars after I had already paid for the Chapter 13 and made payments. I consulted an attorney who would do the conversion for a fraction of the price. Only for me to get a call from Geraci (Bridgett) who wanted to know who my new attorney was and how much they charge me? Basically trying to get me to go back through them and said "when can charge you $700, but you would need to pay us something on the backend" how unprofessional is that. I wish I would have never went with them. I just cant wait for this to be over. In my opinion they only care about the money.

This review is FALSE. We always give both options, in writing: it is up to the debtor to decide what to do. After deciding to file a Chapter 13 with a very low payment, only 200 a month, she decided she wanted to go buy a car on credit! Instead of asking us to get the Court to approve a new car loan, she wanted to convert to Chapter 7. In fact, she is still in her Chapter 13 with another attorney who filed an objection to dismissing it for her, after she asked us to dismiss it. So her comments are just nasty and FALSE. Here is what the person who referred her had to say when Bridget Spears of Geraci Law asked him why would make a nasty anonymous comment: Good afternoon Mrs. Spears, I truly do apologize for the referral I sent your way. After speaking with you I felt bad because I know the positive impact you have made in my life and the other referrals I have sent your way. I speak with nothing short of high regard for your level of professionalism, quality of service and law you have given me. When I first came to Geraci Law LLC, my life was fracture in so many pieces; but you and John Sadler not only helped me but helped me see that I had a positive chance to turn my financial life around and over time you have been readily available to answer my questions. I have never had any regrets after I sat down with you. I have looked forward with the utmost positive view and with your continued support. I continue to step closer toward having a positive financial life. Your words of encouragement has always stayed with me” My financial future is what I chose for it to be, I can get it together and keep it together or I can repeat this unhealthy phase in my life”. You are a true blessing and a great attorney; your legal advice and knowledge have never steered me wrong. Again please accept my humble apologies for this one referral and remarks toward your professionalism and character. Please feel free to share this email with Mr. Peter Geraci and note that I am readily available to give a true testimony to the service you have and continue to provide to me. Please don’t let the untrue words of one weigh on you.
